Meet Zach and Deven Chambers at Merit Interior Exterior. We believe in quality workmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Zach is the face of Merit and has an experienced team of professionals that have the knowledge and expertise to transform your multi-family or commercial property into the space of your dreams.
Merit only uses the best products from Sherwin Williams, unless otherwise requested. We've worked with many of the leading property management companies and investors such as, Laramar Group, Greystar, RMP Investing, and TFrench Properties.
Our Story
Zach and Deven started Merit Interior and Exterior in 2023. With an abundant amount of experience, crews, and loyal customers, Merit hit the ground running and hasn't looked back!
Zach was born and raised in great state of Iowa. He graduated from NW Missouri State University, with a degree in Psychology, and an impressive football record. After graduating he moved to Colorado to start his career in project management. Over the years he has become an accomplished in projects of all scales. Zach has successfully completed interior and exterior projects working with paint, drywall, woodworking, roofing, siding, windows, flooring and much more. Not long after moving to Colorado Zach met his Wife Deven, they married in 2014, and now have 3 wonderful daughters. Deven has had the greatest joy of raising their girls up right, while at home. She has always had a keen eye and love for design. She is available to offer guidance with color choices, and any other design concepts you may have.
Fun Fact: The name Merit Interior and Exterior came from their youngest daughter.
"We obviously loved the Name... But when we thought about the meaning behind the actual word, as far as a business name, it totally made sense. Merit's definition is the quality of being particularly good or worthy, especially so as to deserve praise or reward."
